Summer Safety

1. Sun Safety – use water resistant sunblock; try to use SPF 30 or higher applying at least 15-30 minutes before you go out in the sun. Remember to reapply after swimming or sweating or if it’s been more than 2 hours since it was last applied. The sun is hottest between the hours of 12pm and 2 pm so try to get out of the sun to some shade during that time. Continue reading
