Shilpa Kapoor, DDS has been with AxessPointe Community Health Centers since October of 2021 and is a general dentist expanding services to include dentures and crowns at our Arlington and Kent locations. Shilpa was previously the Dental Director at Community Health Center of Buffalo in New York. She received her BDS from the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences in India and her MS in Oral Biology from New York University. She continued her advanced education at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine where she earned a Doctorate in Dental Surgery, concentrating on aesthetic/cosmetic dentistry, Public Health Dentistry, and multiple continuing advanced courses in operative and restorative Dentistry. She also has been an ongoing member of the American Dental Association. Shilpa enjoys working in a community health center and managing the diverse population receiving services, as she feels being a dentist is more giving when helping people who are underserved.
This entity receives HRSA Health Center Program grant funding under 42 U.S.C. and has been deemed a Public Health Service employee. For purposes of
certain liability protections, including Federal Tort Claims Act coverage, under 42 U.S.C. § 233(g)-(n)
