Dana Dean, PharmD, BCACP

Dana Dean is an experienced pharmacist who brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role as Pharmacy Manager. Currently serving as a floating pharmacist, Dana will assume management of the new pharmacy at our HealthQuarters location upon its opening. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) in 2020, followed by a comprehensive PGY1 and PGY2 residency with a focus on ambulatory care at AxessPointe and NEOMED. As a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist (BCACP), Dana specializes in managing chronic disease states and is particularly passionate about diabetes care. She is committed to providing patient-centered care that supports optimal health outcomes. In her free time, Dana enjoys spending quality moments with her family and dogs. She also loves cooking, boating, and hunting, which help her stay grounded and energized for her work in the community.
