Nicole Wurm earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Findlay and completed our very own ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency here at AxessPointe and Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). She has been with AxessPointe Community Health Centers since July 2017 and currently manages the AxessPointe Pharmacy in Kent. Nicole holds a teaching certificate from NEOMED and is credentialed by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties (BPS) as a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP). She also precepts pharmacy residents and students on their Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPEs), volunteers at the SOAR Student-Run Free Clinic and is an active member of the Ohio Pharmacists Association (OPA). Outside of work, Nicole loves traveling and enjoying life with her family of five.
