Sybil Sims is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been working in AxessPointe Community Health Center’s Kent office since 2015. Her prior work experience includes internal medicine and pain management. She has also worked for the Veteran’s Administration. She has a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Arts in Counseling, both from Malone University.
This entity receives HRSA Health Center Program grant funding under 42 U.S.C. and has been deemed a Public Health Service employee. For purposes of
certain liability protections, including Federal Tort Claims Act coverage, under 42 U.S.C. § 233(g)-(n)
